How we increased our PR count by 70% in 6 months with coding agents

​In this session, Noa, CTO @ Vellum and Vargas, founding engineer @ Vellum will talk about something every engineering leader is dealing with right now: how to get your team to actually adopt codegen tools, stay productive, and keep security and reliability as the highest priority.

​We tried tools like Devin, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Code, Codex and our own internal agents. Running them was the easy part. The hard part was getting engineers to trust the output.

​We will walk through the system we built, how we evaluate and review agent work, and how these tools now support about 40% of our PRs without lowering the bar.
