Experience Explorer: The Leader In You
You don’t need a manager’s title to have leadership moments.
If you’ve ever handled conflict at the office, supported a friend through tough times, or stepped up in a volunteer community, you’ve led.
Leadership can show up in everyday interactions, but often in ways we barely notice.
“We had the experience but missed the meaning.”
- T.S. Elliot
This interactive session invites you to slow down and reflect on those real moments, uncovering what they’ve already taught you about how you think, act and grow.
Through a guided, card-based experience using the Experience Explorer — a leadership development tool by the Center for Creative Leadership — you’ll revisit the experiences that shaped you most and discover patterns in how you respond to life’s unpredictable challenges. You may even be surprised by how much growth was already happening beneath the surface.
The session will be facilitated by Dr. Lim Peng Soon, who brings over 30 years of experience supporting leaders across the public and private sectors. Known for creating reflective, engaging learning environments, he specialises in the human side of growth and change — helping people make sense of their lived experiences and translate them into meaningful development.
