Gemini AI Hands-On Lab

For Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches & L&D Professionals

Most people know AI can write.

But for learning professionals, AI can do much more than generate content.

In this practical hands-on workshop, you will experience how Gemini AI and the Google AI ecosystem can support real L&D work, from designing learning experiences to preparing facilitation materials, collecting learner input, analysing feedback, creating media assets, and planning follow-up actions.

This is designed especially for trainers, facilitators, coaches, HRD practitioners, instructional designers, and L&D professionals who want to see what AI can actually do in the context of training and learning.

The best part?

You do not need to start with an expensive setup.

A FREE Gemini account is already good enough to begin exploring practical AI workflows for your training work.

What You Will Explore

You will see how Gemini AI can support you to:

Turn rough training ideas into clearer learning plans
Build reusable AI helpers for repeated training tasks
Draft outlines, learner notes, and facilitator guides
Collect learner needs, check-ins, and reflections
Analyse feedback, data, and learner trends
Create or refine learning content, slides, visuals, and short demo materials
Support participant follow-up and post-training communication
Organise workshop resources and cohort planning more effectively

This is not a theory-heavy AI session.

It is a practical workshop with live demos, guided exploration, and real examples connected to the day-to-day work of trainers and L&D practitioners.

Bonus Topic

You will also get an introduction to the Gemini version of AI Agents.

We will explore what AI agents are, how they are different from normal prompting, and where they may fit into future L&D workflows.

FAQ

Is the RM99 commitment fee refundable?

Yes. The RM99 commitment fee is refundable when you attend and complete the session.

It is not refundable if you register but do not attend.

This is to help us manage limited seats fairly, as each session is capped at 20 participants.

Why is there a commitment fee if it is refundable?

The fee helps secure your seat and reduce no-shows.

Because each cohort is small and hands-on, every reserved seat matters. Once you complete the session, the RM99 will be refunded.

Do I need a paid Gemini account?

No.

One of the key messages of this workshop is that a free Gemini account is already good enough to start.

You will see practical ways to use Gemini and selected Google tools for L&D work without needing a complicated or expensive setup.

Do I need to be advanced in AI?

No.

This session is designed for learning professionals who want practical exposure. You can join even if you are still new to AI.

The focus is not on technical theory. The focus is on what AI can actually do for training design, facilitation, coaching, learner reflection, feedback analysis, and follow-up.

Is this a lecture or a hands-on session?

It is a hands-on lab.

You will experience live demos, guided exploration, and practical workflows. The session is designed to help you connect Gemini AI to real training and L&D use cases.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own laptop.

You are encouraged to prepare or sign in to a Google account before the session so you can follow along more smoothly.

Who is this workshop best for?

This workshop is best for trainers, facilitators, coaches, L&D professionals, HR practitioners, instructional designers, and training providers.

Designing learning sessions
Preparing facilitator materials
Creating learner prompts and reflections
Analysing feedback
Organising training resources
Planning follow-up actions
Understanding where AI agents may fit into future L&D workflows
