Regenerative Procurement Reality Check

​A closed-door conversation between five farmers and five procurement leaders focused on the practical realities of buying regeneratively produced goods. The session will explore real-world requirements, structures, pain points, and success factors for corporate food companies sourcing from regenerative farms and agricultural suppliers. Participants will speak candidly about what works, what does not, and where expectations break down across the supply chain. The goal is to surface the clearest barriers and opportunities on both sides. Together, the group will produce simple one-page guides for farmers and procurement teams to help accelerate more effective system-wide procurement of regenerative products.
