​What is Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss?

​This is a very laid-back, informal online get-together for femmes in the workplace.

​Not even in tech either - any industry will do, any skill level. A seasoned professional that only gets more cynical as the years go by? Amazing. A management rookie? Lovely, this is the perfect space for you.

​There is no monetisation, shilling, or selling courses, webinars, or paid newsletters. I just wanted to get a group of femmes together to discuss our lived experiences. I will probably get into mentoring mode during the meeting (stop me, please), but the main idea here is to feel safe and share your stories.

​Some of the topics that often come up:

• ​Why doesn't my manager advocate for my work?

• ​How do I manage an older man in my team?

• ​What does "be more strategic" mean?

• ​Should I wake up at 5am, meditate and cook three homemade meals to be a girl boss?

• ​How can I be assertive without being bossy?

• ​Am I being unreasonable when...? (spoiler: you're not)

​Every signup will be approved to make this a safe space for all. Not an exclusive thing, more of a "let's not make this another men event" thing.
