🌙 Ramadan, Together
WEEK 3 - MARCH 9 - A 4-Week Virtual Support Group by JiVA Mental Health
Ramadan is often described as a sacred month of connection, reflection, and community.
But for many, it can also be tender and complex.
If you’ve ever felt “not Muslim enough,” unsure of your goals, or emotionally overwhelmed and needing a community during Ramadan, you are not alone.
Ramadan, Together is a supportive virtual space for Muslims navigating the emotional, spiritual, and mental health complexities of this month. Together, we will explore meaningful and sustainable ways to engage Ramadan that honor your lived experience.
This is a space for honesty. For nuance. For duality.
💛 What This Group Offers
A safe, confidential space for Muslims to share real experiences of Ramadan
Support around spiritual perfectionism and shame
Conversations about family dynamics, grief, identity, and belonging
Mental health psychoeducation related to fasting and emotional wellbeing
Grounding tools, breathwork, and self-compassion practices
Gentle reflection on how to carry growth beyond Ramadan
Who This Space Is For
Muslims feeling spiritually disaffected or disconnected
Those navigating religious trauma
Individuals unable to fast for health reasons
People approaching Ramadan without clear spiritual goals
Anyone feeling loneliness, otherness, or despair this month
You do not need to be “in a good place” spiritually to attend.
