Product Director - Transaction Banking, Allica Bank
Responsible for the development and rollout of Allica Bank’s Business Rewards Account and savings products for SMEs. Previously led International Payments Product at ClearBank, following a career at J.P. Morgan spanning payments and international banking.

​Paul Taylor
Principal Advisor - Compliance & Communications Surveillance, Smarsh
Works with financial services firms on applying AI to identify conduct risks in communications, with experience spanning communications intelligence and product at Smarsh. Previously served as CTO for Legal and Compliance at UBS, delivering FinTech and RegTech solutions.
