About Event

OpenAI Codex Community Meetup – Nairobi

Join us for the OpenAI Codex Community Meetup in Nairobi, an afternoon for developers, founders, students, and AI builders to explore how Codex and AI-assisted coding are shaping the future of software development.

The event will feature Emmanuel Lubanzadio, Africa Lead at OpenAI.

We’ll dive into practical Codex workflows, live demos, and real conversations on how developers and startups in Kenya can use AI to build faster, prototype better, and scale ideas.

The meetup will also include a panel discussion on OpenAI, Codex, and startup culture in Kenya, exploring how AI is influencing local innovation, developer productivity, and the future of building from Africa.

Expect learning, networking, community discussions, Q&A, and meaningful connections with Nairobi’s tech ecosystem.
