​Long day? Come reset. This isn't another wellness event where you pretend to relax. This is saunas, ice baths, real conversations, and actual recovery with women who get it. Come solo or bring a friend, most people arrive alone and leave having met someone new.

What to Expect

​​ ✔️ 1 hr private sauna and cold plunge session with rooftop views over Brixton
 ✔️ Unlimited tea & coffee throughout
 ✔️ Intentionally small group so you can actually unwind and connect

What to Bring

• ​​Swimsuit

• ​​2x Towels: to sit on in the sauna, and for post-shower

• ​​Water bottle

• ​​Comfortable clothes to change into afterwards
