Join us for a 60-min guided breathwork session designed specifically for people experiencing pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, or chronic tension held in the pelvis and hips. Dr. Cianna Richardson, PT, DPT will lead you through simple, restorative breathing patterns that reduce stress and ease tension. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
