Demo: Learn How We Use AI to Fully Automate Reporting
Every Monday, someone on our team rebuilt the same report from scratch, once for each property. Thirty minutes each, times roughly 50 properties. That's 25 hours a week spent exporting from the property management system, pasting into Excel, reformatting, and sending.
We built that report as software instead. Used Claude Code to do it, no engineers, no dev budget. It's an interactive pace report our revenue managers actually use now to price rooms, and it runs across the whole portfolio instead of one property at a time.
We're showing the whole thing live at Tech Week. The manual process it replaced. How we scoped the build. A real walkthrough of the tool. What took three tries to get right, and what we still don't trust it to do without a human checking its work.
You don't need to write code to follow along. You don't need to know anything about hotels either.
Who should come:
Anyone running a recurring report by hand right now. Anyone whose reporting lives in one person's spreadsheet. Anyone who's just made peace with bad reporting because fixing it felt like a bigger project than living with it.
Free. 40 seats. Presented by Kin Sio, CEO of Lights On, a hospitality commercial strategy agency in Honolulu.
