In the rare event that GDG Singapore must cancel or indefinitely postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

If your purchase includes physical merchandise (e.g., event tees, swag bags), it must be collected at the designated event time and location as specified on your ticket. GDG Singapore is not responsible for holding uncollected items past the conclusion of the event; uncollected items are forfeit, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
