Engineers are using Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents in different ways. Many of the useful details live in someone’s day-to-day workflow: how they approach a coding task, work with an agent, and decide whether the feature is ready to ship.

Bond AI, Qodo, and Okta are bringing together engineers and engineering leaders to compare those approaches.

Five engineers will share how they work with coding agents and harnesses through demos of their own workflows. They’ll explain the decisions behind their setup, techniques they use regularly, and lessons from daily use.

The idea is to leave with a better understanding of how other engineers work with these tools and a few things to try in your own projects.
