​two weeks before it was supposed to happen, the Grace Hopper Celebration got cancelled. thousands of girls in tech lost their stage, their interviews, and their community moment.

​so we're building one in nyc 💪

​the Next Gen Girls Summit: Tech Edition is an intimate, application-only summit for 80 college girls in tech, built WITH campus clubs across nyc.

nyc (venue shared with accepted applicants)

​✨ what's happening
• keynote + panel from women actually building in tech and AI
• small-group roundtables (breaking in from a non-target school, AI, resumes, founding)
• a reverse round where companies pitch to YOU
• creator lounge + live podcast series run by college tech creators
• matcha, headshots, and a happy hour to close it out

​💡 this is for you if
• you're a student at ANY college in nyc
• you're a girl in tech, or trying to break in
• you were counting on GHC (or could never afford to go)
• you want a real community, not just another career fair

hosted by GenZtea, the gen z community behind 80+ events with brands like Microsoft, Kiehl's and LinkedIn. our Reverse Career Fair had 522 approved RSVPs, a 150-person waitlist, and students from 50+ universities.

this is APPLICATION ONLY and capped at 80 seats. register to apply, and we'll review every application. accepted students will get a confirmation with the venue and details.
