The Stack is a hands-on showcase of integrated hospitality tech, with live demos across people, reservations, operations, ordering, payments, loyalty and data. The idea is simple: see how the different pieces connect, and what that looks like in a real hospitality business.
The Stage will bring operators and industry leaders together for honest conversations about the tech we use every day, from best-in-class vs all-in-one, to whether we simply have too much tech, how operators can make better use of their data and AI, and what the hospitality tech stack might look like in 2027.
