Human Design for Founding Teams
Your co-founder was a great choice, right up until you started working together. Or the partnership worked fine — until you made your first hire, and the two of you started fighting.
Neither of you is wrong. The fight isn't coming from either of you.
Two people generate one kind of dynamic. Add a third and you don't get more of the same — you get a different entity, with its own energy and its own gaps, and none of it belongs to any one of you. It's invisible from the inside. So when it produces friction, everyone reaches for the only explanation available: somebody must be the problem.
Human Design makes the unseen, seen. When you can see the structure, you can understand what's actually driving the conflict. And once you understand it, you have the power to address it. That's the work: conflict becoming connection.

What we'll do
I'll walk through a real case: a team I worked with, what they were experiencing, what their designs showed, and what they could do about it. Then there's time to talk it through — ask questions, look at your own situation, and compare notes with people living the same thing.
Who this is for
Founders, co-founders, and anyone in a small team where something isn't working and the usual advice hasn't worked.
Whether you know your design all the way through lines, colors, and tones, or you're an open-minded skeptic who's never seen a chart, this will meet you where you are. What you'll get is practical: things you can actually use with the people you actually work with. And not esoteric knowledge that's interesting and nothing else.
About me
My name's Shawn, and I've been fascinated with Human Design since I first discovered it in Thailand in 2016. It's improved my life, helped me love myself more, and I am always thrilled when I see its impact on others. I became an IHDS-certified professional in 2025 and have taught workshops internationally, combining Human Design with Authentic Relating, of which I'm also certified.
