​Yana is a Partner at Alter Global, an early-stage venture firm investing exclusively in emerging markets, namely Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and South and Southeast Asia. Since 2020, Alter has invested in 43 companies across 14 countries, primarily across fintech, SaaS, logistics and insurtech. A Bay Area native, Yana joined Alter 4.5 years ago after several years in Fortune200 product management and co-founding a consumer wellness startup.
