Alumni–Student Mentorship Program: Mentor Kickoff & Welcome

​Welcome to the UFAAA x AASU Mentorship Program!

​This virtual mentor kickoff is designed to welcome our mentors, walk through the structure of the program, and set everyone up for a meaningful and successful mentorship experience.

​During this session, we will:

• ​Share an overview of the mentorship program and goals

• ​Review expectations, key dates, and time commitments

• ​Explain how mentor–mentee groupings are structured

• ​Walk through communication tools and next steps

• ​Introduce the current mentor cohort

​Whether this is your first time mentoring or you’ve done it before, this kickoff will ensure you feel informed, supported, and excited to get started.

No problem — the session will be recorded, and slides will be shared afterward.
