About Event

You know you should be doing more with AI than you are

A 90-minute virtual workshop for operators who have used ChatGPT or Claude, felt like they were barely scratching the surface, and want to fix it on a Thursday afternoon.

How the 90 minutes works

This is not a lecture. It is a working session where you'll watch multiple live demonstrations of agents on real work, narrated as they happen. Then, you'll build the foundation of your own personalized context file, followed by a Q&A where you ask anything. You will see how the work actually gets made, not just what the polished output looks like.

The event will be live, hosted on Zoom. Ninety minutes start to finish.

What prior attendees said

"Time well spent! Great room and great energy. Love the practical learning. Thank you so much Dan and Greg, you guys are superstars." — Dave Rhoads, CEO, Blue Street Capital

"I haven't stopped thinking about Claude since this session. Thanks for hosting and showing what is possible when you use it the right way!" — Garrett Fulbright, Managing Partner, Calia Capital

"These guys knows what they are doing. Grateful to Greg and Dan for putting this on to improve our knowledge and application of this tech." — Mark Taylor, Agent, Mason Taylor Associates

Three things you leave with

  1. Your first context file. A document Claude or ChatGPT reads before every conversation, so it knows who you are, what you do, and what good looks like to you. You stop reintroducing yourself every session. Every prompt that follows is sharper because of this one file.

  2. Examples of live agents. You'll watch a generic Word document get converted into a fully formatted, on-brand document in sixty seconds. A data room get transformed into a detailed analysis and executive summary in five minutes. Then you see exactly how these are built. You leave knowing how to replicate this on real applications in your business by Monday afternoon.

  3. A clear sequence for your first week. What to set up, in what order, to compound the workshop into a real operating shift. You leave with a clear plan.

Operators teaching operators

Dan Reilly. Partner at Measured Capital, a real estate private equity firm operating a portfolio of 1,100 apartment units across the southeast and midwest. Dan has spent the last two years building production AI systems inside his own business: underwriting agents, asset management workflows, content engines, and the operating tools that run his day.

Greg Danielson. Also a Partner at Measured Capital. Two decades of experience as an operator and executive across multiple industries. Greg leads asset management for the firm and has transformed this function with specific AI skills and agents that perform much of the data analysis and reporting. He holds the room together and translates the technical into the operational.

The combination of Dan's depth in AI systems and Greg's depth in running projects and teams is what makes the workshop so effective for operators.

This is not for everyone

This workshop is not the right room for:

People who have never used Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. The session moves at a pace that assumes you have used these tools and want to go deeper.

People looking for a comprehensive overview of AI as a field. We are focused on specific operational shifts, not on AI as a topic.

People hoping to be entertained. There are no polished slides. The demos are real and sometimes messy because they are happening live on real work.

People who are not going to do anything with what they learn. The compounding starts when you sit down on Monday and implement what we showed you.

This is the entry point

The webinar is the first step. For operators who want to go deeper, there are Practical AI workshops coming this summer (small group, half- and full-day, hands-on with your own business as the lab).

Two years of operating with AI inside a real business gets compressed into ninety minutes with specific recommendations on how to implement them immediately.
