​Plates x Passenger Cinema x Studio Dominguette invite you to exchange your Sunday scaries for a Sunday screening — and sit down in the one-time pop-up cinema-restaurant Le Hollandais.

​Enjoy a feast for the eyes watching The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover, before feasting on a menu entirely inspired by the movie. Served on sparkling silver and lit by candles, you can exchange opinions and contacts with other cinephiles and foodies with popcorn to start and drinks flowing throughout.

Sweet tonka bean popcorn / rosemary salt popcorn

Lemon and smoked salt butter candles and bread, summer gildas, oven steamed cauliflower on garlic confit bechamel

​Cambia la ansiedad del domingo por una proyección dominical y toma asiento en Le Hollandais, un restaurante-cine pop-up. Primero, un festín para la vista con El cocinero, el ladrón, su mujer y su amante. Después, un menú creado íntegramente en torno a la película. Mesas iluminadas con velas, vajilla de plata y una sala llena de cinéfilos y gourmets.

Palomitas dulces con haba tonka / palomitas con sal al romero

Velas de mantequilla con limón y sal ahumada y pan, gildas de verano, coliflor al horno al vapor sobre bechamel de ajo confitado

​Focaccia rosa, huevos rellenos rosas, hummus de remolacha y verduras, ensalada de achicoria, ciruelas pasas y col, ensalada de patatas rojas a la parrilla, rábanos y pesto de rábano,
