Freskers' Retreat 2026

​Fancy a weekend of forest walks, foraging, karaoke, and campfire chats with a whole crowd of climate-minded folks?
We're heading back to the Countryside Education Trust's place near Beaulieu for a Freskers' Climate Resilience and Nature Connection Retreat, running from Friday 30th October to Sunday 1st November.
You don't need to be a Climate Fresk facilitator to come along, everyone's welcome.

​Last year's retreat brought two nights of shared meals, forest wandering, connection games, a treasure hunt, board games, a mini-ceilidh, and plenty of laughter. People left saying it was joyful, welcoming, and exactly the mix of rest and activity they needed. One person called it "utterly joyful" despite the heavy subject that brings us all together, and another said they left "really inspired."

​Pricing

​Accommodation for the two nights is £40 per person, with meals costing roughly another £20 on top.

​Logistics

​A collective car-share will be organised, plus lifts to-from Brockenhurst Station.

​Core programming start and end times will be Friday evening to Sunday midday.

​Attendance for more of Friday and Sunday is possible in the forest.
