​Yoga, tea, and light bites

​Kick off your Sunday morning with vinyasa yoga with Dana. We'll have complimentary tea + light snacks after, together.

​Hosted in a beautiful Frida Escobedo-designed building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn (exact location shared the day before via text & email, <5 minute walk from Atlantic Barclays).

​With your ticket, you'll also receive a complimentary visit to Othership for cold plunge and sauna. More info will be shared via email.

​About the instructor

​Dana is a yoga teacher, researcher, and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness. Her teaching blends curiosity, play, and grounding practices that help people build strength, ease, and self-awareness both on and off the mat.

​She began practicing yoga over a decade ago and completed her 200-hour training in 2021 with Susana Barkataki’s Embrace Yoga’s Roots at Ignite Yoga and Wellness then studied under Beth Cooke and Kate Posch through Sky Ting’s mentorship program. Since then, she’s continued explore restorative, prenatal, and trauma-sensitive approaches, bringing together traditional wisdom and modern perspectives to create classes that meet students where they are.

​Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to ensure we start on time.
