โGift Voucher Terms & Conditions
โGeneral Terms
โValidity: Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this time frame will expire with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
โRedemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our pottery classes, workshops, or products. If a purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
โNon-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
โCancellation and Rescheduling
โRescheduling: Should you need to reschedule a class booked using a gift voucher, please contact us at least 1 week prior to the class start date.
โCancellation by Participant: If cancellation occurs more than 1 week before the class start date, the voucher can be reissued for future use (minus a $20 processing fee). No reissues for cancellations within 1 week of the class start date, unless a replacement participant is found.
โCancellation by KMC Studio: In the unlikely event of a class cancellation by us, voucher holders will be offered a rescheduled date.
โMissed Classes
โNo Refunds for Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
โKMC Studio's Commitment
โClass Cancellations: Full transfer for classes cancelled by KMC Studio due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
โTutor Changes: We reserve the right to change tutors but will make every effort to keep participants informed and maintain the quality of teaching.
โGeneral Policies
โGift Voucher Use: Vouchers are to be used by the recipient only and are not transferable unless agreed upon by KMC Studio.
โData Protection: Personal data related to the voucher purchase will be used for processing and delivery purposes only.
