But the truth is, there’s so much behind our career journeys. Our stories shape who we are, and most of us are navigating way more behind the scenes. Sometimes we need to move because our partner is fulfilling their dreams. Sometimes we need to hit rock bottom. We can suffer a lot before we reach an "aha" moment where we can pick ourselves up again.

And right now, many of us are navigating these challenges. It feels harder than ever to know how to show up, where to put our energy, and how to stay connected in a world that feels increasingly disconnected.
