Still Becoming: Finding Your True North

​What direction are you headed in life? If you're like me, you're still becoming. And it takes a lot of intention these days, with all this damn noise, to stay on MY journey. If we have our North Star in the sky, we at least know we're in the right direction.

​In this 2.5-hour interactive workshop, Still Becoming: Finding your True North, you’ll begin articulating what guides you - your personal philosophy — and decide whether it’s one you want to keep.

​This is not an abstract lecture. It’s a practical lab for thinking clearly about what is running your life in the background, and bringing it to the foreground.

​By the end of the session, you will:

​– Identify the core beliefs influencing your decisions

​– Clarify your top values — and how you prioritize them when they conflict

​– Articulate a preliminary ethical and relational stance (what you owe to yourself and others)

​– Name the tensions between your North Star and where you're headed right now, and identify what to do next

​What we’ll do:

​We’ll start with real decisions and dilemmas from your life — moments of pride, conflict, or regret. Then we’ll reverse-engineer the beliefs beneath them. From there, we’ll explore tension between what you're doing and what you say is your North Star.

​We'll have a mix of reflection, pair sharing and group discussion to keep the energy flowing!

​No background in philosophy needed. You need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to examine your own assumptions.
