"Women in Gaming" in partnership with "SBC Events" is hosting a free rooftop wellness session to celebrate April's Stress Awareness Month.
FLOW:
5:45PM - Registration & settling in (Soho Rooftop - St Julians)
6:00PM - SBC conference intention setting, grounding meditation, & intro circle
6:30PM - Non-mat yoga & pilates stretches
6:50PM - Breathwork
7:15PM - Closing circle & remarks. Free local herbal kombucha/elixir drink (for first 30 RSVPer's).
7:30PM - Walk to SBC's official opening party nearby @ Lumi - Voco Hotel together!
What to bring: Yoga mats are not required and will not be provided. If you prefer to lay down during the breathwork session, feel free to bring a light blanket/mat.
