All those traveling to Dubai: 4* & 5* accommodations (Jan 9-11 for 3 nights), food, and excursions during the event days; hotel-to-venue transportation will be covered. Early arrivals must be approved and are subject to room availability. If you plan to bring a +1 (spouse, friend, or colleague), they must stay in the same room, provided they arrange it directly with the hotel.
What is not included:
Air travel, additional room guests (on their own), in-room expenses, and personal expenses outside the event participation days will be charged to the room guest's credit card. All +1 guests staying with attendees who are not Summit attendees will be on their own.

Keynote & Panels Speaker - Startups get a 5-minute primetime pitch on the main stage.
You will be assigned three rooms for the sponsors' team and their executives. Depending on availability, each additional room will cost extra.
Except for air travel, you will receive local transportation, accommodations, and meals related to the event during the event days.
You will have the opportunity to nominate up to five non-company CXOs, who will be invited on a first-come, first-served basis based on their qualifications. If selected, their accommodations will be provided at no cost.
As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive recognition and prominent seating during sessions, lunches, and dinners, as well as prominent signage throughout the event.
You may participate in a keynote (25 minutes) or nominate someone to a Founders / Executive panel to discuss a topic - no sales promotions allowed as keynotes.
Each panel is 30 minutes long, followed by a 5-10 minute Q&A session.
Depending on capacity, 3-5 CIOs and CxOs of your choice are assigned to your breakfast, lunch, and dinner tables daily.
