Dueling Sound Bath & Urban Hike
Join us for our next edition of Wellness Wednesday and step into a totally new and transformed outdoor sanctuary where sound, nature, urban surroundings and intention come together.
This immersive dueling sound bath (2 baths going at once back to back) experience & urban hike will feature our good amigas from @baylovesoul and @energybayarea for an experience of a lifetime limited to only 50 participants!
The event kicks off at 6PM @rei Sunnyvale, where we are transforming the loading dock into an incredible outdoor lantern and fire pit oasis filled with roll out grass lounge areas, tapestries, moroccan, rugs, and more!
Come slow down, release, and reconnect in a unique open-air-night setting.
The night will kickoff with an @adidasterrex trail shoe demo (come early) and a 2 mile urban hike/walk, followed by snacks, a build your own yogurt bar, music and much more!
This is by far one of the most unique experiences we have ever hosted! We invite you to come as you are and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and nourished in new ways!
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Check-in at REI Sunnyvale
Guests arrive, sign in, and receive event materials.
Please bring lots of blankets, pillows and or camp chairs for comfort!
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Shoe Demo & 2-Mile Walk! Everyone will get to try our new trail shoes!
Introduction to featured shoes and gear!
Guided 2-mile walk to test the demo shoes.
7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Sound Bath, Snacks & Rock Painting Lounge, plus raffles and prizes!
Relaxing sound bath experience in a custom outdoor oasis crated by us!
