The grief circle for everything is for anyone grieving the state of the world, and wondering how to keep showing up without burning out.
When everything feels like too much, grief can leave us frozen, or flickering between rage, despair, numbing out, the occasional glimmer of hope, or seemingly all of it all at once. This is a container for all flavors of grief: personal losses, collective pain, climate grief, political fear, and the heartbreak of living in uncertain times.
The space supports moving from isolation and helplessness toward connection, hope, and values-aligned action. Grief is welcomed here as a source of truth, wisdom, and fuel for meaningful change.
