The French government has opened its data — DPE, land registry, taxation, public procurement — via MCP servers that your AI agents can query in real time. This hackathon is the first event ever to bridge private agents with sovereign State data. A European answer to closed US ecosystems.

Participants will build in teams. To prepare the cloud environment properly, we will collect team compositions before the event.
You can either:

Join a team on-site
Come solo and get matched with other builders before the hack session starts
Recommended team size: up to 5 people.

Thanks to Google, every participant will get access to dedicated technical resources for the hackathon:
Temporary Google Cloud accounts with generous quotas for the evening, designed to let teams build and deploy without setup friction
$10 Google Cloud credits per participant, requiring a Gmail account, so you can keep a personal workspace and continue working on your prototype after the event
A lightning introduction by Google covering Cloud Run, ADK, Gemma 4, AI Studio, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity
This means you will not just prototype locally: you will be able to build, deploy, and demo an actual agentic application using Google’s latest AI and cloud stack.
In addition, the winning team will receive a $500 prize, awarded to the best sovereign AI agent prototype of the night.
