Steffen will walk us through LangSmith Engine — an agent that sits on top of your traces, identifies recurring failure patterns, and suggests concrete next steps. He'll cover the architecture decisions behind it and how teams use it to operationalize the agent improvement loop.

Korbinian will break down the complexities of building agents within regulated environments, and how security, auditability and governance can be achieved in agent frameworks like DeepAgents with LangChain Middleware.
🎤 Talk 3: Building Judgment into an AI Business Assistant with Jan
Jan will showcase how Jimdo builds judgment into its AI Business Assistant, and how production traces, operational signals, targeted evals, and human product review can be combined to understand agent behavior and turn it into better product decisions — building an assistant that is useful, reliable, and keeps the business owner in control.
