Black Tech Belfast

​Belfast's tech scene is buzzing, but if you're Black and in tech (or curious about getting into it), finding your people here can feel like searching for a signal in the noise. Black Tech Belfast is here to fix that.

​This is a first-of-its-kind gathering in Belfast: a space for Black professionals, founders, students, and anyone curious about tech to come together, talk shop, and build real community. No stiff panels, no name-tag small talk that goes nowhere, just good conversation with people who get it.

​For our first edition, we're keeping it warm and simple: an evening of mingling with two threads running through the room. AI (what's actually changing, and how to ride the wave rather than get left behind) and career (navigating tech careers, job search, and growth as a Black professional in Northern Ireland).

​Come as you are. Bring a friend. Bring your questions, your ideas, your CV anxieties, your startup pitch, your "I don't really know what I'm doing yet but I'm interested" energy. All of it belongs here.
