Just as nature cycles through winter, spring, summer, and autumn, your menstrual cycle carries its own inner seasons, each with its own energy, its own needs, and its own quiet wisdom. When we learn to move with them instead of against them, something shifts.
Join Marie, holistic health and yoga coach and founder of Comfy Method, for an intimate afternoon exploring the female cycle through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Part of the Seasons Within series, this session is where ancient knowledge becomes something you can actually use, today, this week, in your own body.
Over the course of this workshop we'll explore:
→ The four inner seasons of your cycle and what each one is asking of you
→ How TCM maps the menstrual cycle across the five elements
→ Cycle syncing in practice, food, rest, movement, and rhythm
→ How to read your body's signals and begin working with your hormonal pattern
Together we'll brew four teas, one for each phase of your cycle, and share a nourishing snack rooted in TCM food-as-medicine principles. You'll leave knowing exactly what to make at home and why.
Everything prepared on the day is 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
This workshop is for you if you live with irregular cycles, menstrual pain, PMS, or fatigue, or if you simply want to understand your body more deeply. No prior knowledge needed. Come as you are.
