​If you own AI transformation inside a large company, your hardest problems are too new for anyone to have a real answer. The people who can actually help are the ones who've got the scar tissue of doing this in other places, and you never get an evening with them.

​This dinner exists to fix that. You'll leave knowing what other AI programmes have tried, what failed, and who to call the next time you're stuck.

​Ten seats, one private table in Amsterdam. Six or seven are the named owners of AI adoption at 1,000+ person companies. Two or three are founders building the tools enterprises like theirs are deploying: AI adoption platforms, vertical AI, data infrastructure. No panels, no presentations. Chatham House Rule.

​1. Jean-Christophe Dupuy was, until recently, the Director of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot business, at Microsoft France. He launched M365 Copilot with 20 CAC 40 companies in 2023, and has since deployed Copilot to over one million French information workers, witnessing its successes, failures, and everything in-between. He is excited to share his story.

2. Quentin Armaudry - founded Mendo, the GenAI adoption & analytics platform for large enterprises; recently closed a €12M Series A to help organizations structure and accelerate GenAI adoption.
