About Event

​Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to geothermal energy and opportunities for students interested in the future of clean energy.

​This webinar will explore geothermal energy systems and applications, how it works, its role in the global energy transition, and the potential for geothermal development in Nigeria.

​We are also pleased to welcome Travis Broadhurst, President of the Geothermal Rising Student Committee, who will share how students can join geothermal rising and get involved in the global geothermal community.

​Who should attend: Engineering, geology, geophysics, earth science, and environmental science students, young professionals, and anyone curious about geothermal energy.
