Have 8+ years of professional experience, with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership or meaningful creative impact.

Be an emerging leader or creative innovator, with exceptional milestones in your field.

Bring a genuine interest in connection and collaboration-mentorship, sharing value, and participating in conversations and events.
