On May 7th at Stripe, we’ll focus on a critical shift: the one between execution and strategy.
We often assume strategy is defined at the top and executed below. In reality, most organizations don’t struggle because they lack strategy, they struggle because they over-index on execution.
This session challenges that assumption.
Strategic thinking isn’t reserved for leadership roles. It starts at the individual level, with how we prioritize, make decisions, and connect our work to real impact.
Together with Aleodor Tabarcea, we’ll explore how effective strategy is also built bottom-up, not just cascaded top-down.

Anne Dumitrache is an experienced trainer, organizational, cognitive-behavioral and clinical psychologist, and internationally certified coach. With 18 years in the IT industry — from developer to program manager for Fortune 500 companies — and over 14 years in leadership, she brings deep expertise in people management and organizational growth.
Anne is the creator of the Build Better Leaders Academy, now at its 40th edition with nearly 200 leaders trained, and has designed impactful programs on leadership, the future of soft skills, mental health, diversity and inclusion, hybrid working, mentoring, and personal development.
