Using Prayer Sheets

In this webinar, Susan Goncz and Gabriel Côté of the Centre for Ignatian Spirituality in Montréal (CSIM) introduce the prayer sheet — a practical spiritual exercise designed to help individuals and groups find the grace at work in a given moment or decision.

Drawing on the Ignatian tradition, the prayer sheet offers a simple yet powerful framework for moving from information-sharing to prayerful reflection, opening space for the Spirit to guide communal processes.

This session is for anyone involved in discernment-oriented facilitation, formation, or pastoral work — whether in Jesuit communities, educational institutions, parishes, or other apostolic settings.

Participants will come away with a concrete tool they can begin using in their own contexts.

Language of the session will be English, with Spanish and French live translation available.
