​This one leans Italian — its flavors, its technique, its sense of the table — though the full menu stays sealed until you sit down. What's fixed: it's cooked once, for one room of twelve, with a clear point of view you'll taste before you can name it.

Everything is cooked in a home kitchen that regularly works with gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, and shellfish, so we can’t guarantee any course is allergen-free or free from cross-contact.
