Got an idea for a talk, a space to offer, or hands to help make Barcelona Climate Week (October 13–20) happen? Let’s get you connected.
This warm-up event is designed specifically to connect our local climate community and match individual speakers, venues, hosts, and partners into collaborative event teams. Over coffee or tea at a Itnig Café in Poblenou, we're running a curated morning networking session to help you find the missing piece of your event puzzle.
Whether you have a fully formed proposal or just a topic you want to present on, we hope this coffee event helps connect you with venue managers, potential co-hosts, and organizing partners across the city.
How Matchmaking Works
Color-Coded Badges: When you arrive, you’ll grab a color-coded name tag based on your primary role (Speaker, Venue Provider, Host, Volunteer, or Partner).
Active Facilitation: Our volunteer team will be on the floor during the networking to help introduce you to the right people based on your profile.
Post-Event Support: If you need help following up with fellow attendees after the event, reach out to hola@bcnclimateweek.org and we'll help connect you!
Event Schedule
08:30 – 09:00 | Arrival & Check-in – Grab your color-coded badge, and settle in with a coffee or tea.
09:00 – 10:00 | Facilitated Matchmaking & Networking – Mingle across the room with hands-on assistance from our team to find your event partners.
10:00 – 10:30 | Open Chat & Wind Down – Reconnect with your favorite matches, lock in ideas, and get ready to carry the good energy into your day.
