M&A Roundtable | Founders Club Miami
Join us for an intimate lunch and learn hosted at Sam Mahmood's office in Miami — a small, curated gathering for the M&A community to connect, share, and think out loud together.
Sam will be co-leading the conversation. For context on who's in the room: Sam recently exited The Pave, a paving and asphalt roll-up where he raised tens of millions, acquired multiple companies, and scaled to significant revenue in under two years. Before that he founded Surgical Republic, one of the leading direct-to-consumer surgical instrument brands in the U.S. He's currently building his next platform through S&P Ventures, focused on micro-cap PE and lower middle market acquisitions.
This isn't a panel. There's no stage. The format is a candid, roundtable discussion — the kind of conversation that usually only happens after the third drink at a conference, except we're doing it over lunch with the right people in the room from the start.
We're bringing together:
Founders who have acquired, rolled up, or exited companies
Investors and PE/family office operators active in the lower middle market
Executives with hands-on M&A integration experience
Anyone seriously building or buying their next business
Topics on the table:
Roll-up strategy — what works, what doesn't, and what everyone gets wrong
Finding and underwriting deals in fragmented industries
Integration, culture, and operational leverage post-acquisition
What's actually happening in the lower middle market right now
This is a Founders Club gathering — a tight-knit group of builders and operators who get together to have real conversations. Spots are intentionally limited to keep it intimate.
RSVP required. This event is curated — apply to attend.
