This class is offered once per month as part of the Ripple of Rest initiative and is perfect for beginners—no experience needed. After attending, you’re invited to share the next event, helping the ripple of rest travel further.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a blanket or pillow if desired, and a space to lie down or recline.
