Meg O’Neill, CEO and Managing Director of Woodside Energy, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Lifetime Achievement GRIT Award. Meg is a transformative leader with over 30 years of global energy experience. Her strategic vision has driven Woodside’s growth through pioneering projects and operational excellence, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and long-term value creation.
Justin Bird, CEO of Sempra Infrastructure and Executive Vice President of Sempra, has dedicated over two decades to advancing energy infrastructure and corporate development, steering critical operations that have shaped the energy industry’s future.
A few seats are open to the public during Houston Energy and Climate Week.
Meg will be recognized and celebrated at the reception on September 18th, while Justin will join us to receive his award at the GRIT Awards ceremony on October 30th.
The reception, presented by Gibson Dunn, will include remarks by the Australian Consulate, the City of Houston, Congressman Wesley Hunt's office, and some other special guests.
After reviewing hundreds of nominations, we'll also celebrate the 2025 finalists, and the winners will be announced live on October 30.
