About the Event

Most people build one company. BV Jagadeesh has spent over 30 years building, funding, and exiting them, as a founder, a CEO, and now as the investor other founders call before they call anyone else.

He co-founded Exodus Communications, took it public in 1998, then went on to lead NetScaler as President and CEO through its acquisition by Citrix. Since then, he's founded and funded a run of enterprise startups that reads like a highlight reel of Silicon Valley's biggest exits - Nutanix (IPO), Netmagic Solutions (acquired by NTT), Ocarina Networks (acquired by Dell), Ankeena Networks (acquired by Juniper), and Cohesity, Balbix, and Yodlee, among others.

Today, as Managing Partner at KAAJ Ventures, Founding Managing Partner at Silicon Valley Quad, and Co-Founder of FalconX, BV works closely with early-stage founders and management teams to build the next generation of category-defining companies.

This session is a rare chance to hear directly from someone who's sat on every side of the table, founder, operator, CEO, and investor on what it actually takes to build a company worth building, and what he looks for when he decides to back one.

This is a practical conversation for founders, executives, and operators building in real time.
