We'll go through some tips and best practices to help you and your organization adapt and thrive, and give you tools to support individual and organizational flourishing, including leveraging AI and Bloom's short 5-10 minute "Effectiveness & Flourishing @ Work" assessment tool.

PRO TIP: Take the free Effectiveness & Flourishing @ Work Assessment beforehand to benefit the most from the session. It can be done quickly in about 3-5 minutes, but it will be more helpful to you if take 10-15 minutes to more deeply reflect and add some notes to key points that come up.
