Coloring Club & Sound Bath

​The Bell District presents Sweet Summer Stones and SoulScape, who have teamed up to offer you a midday break practicing mindful coloring and a mini sound bath to reset your nervous system.

Cool off and relax with us indoors this time!

Coloring materials are provided. All ages and skill levels welcome.

Enjoy a relaxing and meditative experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes and ethereal sounds to promote deep relaxation. Sound therapy helps calm the nervous system, ease the mind and release muscle tension.

Program is first come first serve with a limit of 18 attendees at any given time. Feel free to come and go during anytime of the event.
