​DateMapper and Social Pádel Club BCN are teaming up for
– Slow dating edition #5.

​​How does it work?

​You’ll rotate partners across short matches, giving you plenty of chances to meet and play with different people. Between games, there’ll be time to relax, hydrate, and chat.

We'll start off with a little introduction with everyone and start the games by 7:30PM until 9:00PM. Please make sure to be on time.

Once we’re done on the courts, we’ll head to Nou Soto Restaurant for tapas and social :)

Game rules:
This isn’t a competitive Americano, it’s a friendly format focused on fun and connection. Aggressive behaviour or poor sportsmanship won’t be tolerated.

• ​Scoring: We’ll play up to 21 points total. If there’s a tie, we’ll play one final golden point to decide the winner.

• ​Serving: Each player serves 5 points in a row before switching to the next player in rotation. The last point will indicate match point, therefore one player gets to serve 6 times.
  If you’re unsure whose turn it is to serve, just check with the group — we’ll keep it light and easy.

​​So.. Slow Dating?

​​There is no set structure or matching process for meeting anyone. People that attend are single and enjoy an active healthy lifestyle.

​People have started relationships from our events but equally lots of friendships have also begun. There's no pressure to do anything or meet the love of your life (but if you do, please let us know!).

​What you need to know:

• ​Racquets: Bring your own if you have one. If not, you can rent it at the location for 5€.

• ​Arrival time: 7PM – Please arrive on time so we can kick off smoothly and make the most of the event.

• ​Freshen up: After the games, you may take 5’ for a quick freshening up at the restrooms.

​What to bring:

• ​A big water bottle – to stay cute and hydrated only between games.

• ​Sunscreen – so you don’t roast.

• ​Sunglasses and a cap – to keep the sun out and the style in.

• ​A towel in case things get a little too hot to handle.

​This is a curated event and we take the energy of the group seriously. We ask potential attendees questions because we believe that PEOPLE are what really make the event special. We also want to ensure that the atmosphere will be a safe and friendly one. Please make an effort when answering questions. If we feel that the vibe is off we will not accept a request.
