

Wednesday Flow - Drop in Class
Your perfect midweek reset, designed to nurture both body and mind. This harmonious session blends 20 minutes of dynamic, flowing movement to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation, followed by 30 minutes of soothing yin-style relaxation and mindful breath work to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
Experience the perfect balance of yin and yang, leaving you refreshed, centred, and ready for the weekend ahead. Simply bring yourself and a bottle of water—Welcome Oasis studios provide custom mats and yoga blocks. Suitable for beginners, this class offers a supportive space to start practicing yoga!
Please note - Doors will open 5 minutes before the class begins & will be locked promptly at the beginning of the session (strictly no late comer’s as this causes disruption to the class).
Once you have registered, you will receive a New Student Form link as part of the registration email. Please ensure this is filled out prior to the date of the first class.
