​Step inside the world of Swan Lake and discover the techniques professional ballerinas use to create beautiful posture, effortless movement and elegant presence.

​Led by former Principal Ballerina Asta Bazeviciute, who performed Swan Lake numerous times on the international stage, this intimate Ballet Body Sculpture workshop brings together:

​Ballet Barre • Posture & Alignment • Centre Practice • Graceful Movement • Swan Lake Choreography • Stretching

​You will learn how classical ballet can help you stand taller, move with greater ease, improve coordination and release stiffness — while experiencing the artistry and beauty of Swan Lake.

​No previous ballet experience is required. Beginners are welcome.
