🦃 Golden Guiri Thanksgiving
It’s Thanksgiving season, and we’re gathering our Golden Guiris for a cosy, delicious, family-style feast at a Golden Guiri's place.
Nothing beats a proper home-cooked meal shared with good friends, so we’re leaving the supermarket pre-made dishes on the shelf for this one. Pull out your favourite family recipe, channel your inner chef, and come ready to eat, drink, and celebrate together.
About your host
Meet Dani, one of our longest-standing Golden Guiris. She’s been teaching Spanish to guiris for 20 years through Conversational Caminos, getting people out of the classroom and into the market, the butcher’s and the bar. She runs her own events too, so you’re in very good hands.

🍲 The Rules of the Feast
To make this evening extra special, entry requires two things from every guest:
One Homemade Dish: Bring a dish you prepared yourself at home! Strictly no store-bought shortcuts (no Mercadona guacamole or pre-made tortilla de patatas allowed this time 🚫🥑). Show off your cooking skills or bring a taste of home!
A Drink: Bring your favourite wine, beer, cider, or favourite beverage to share/enjoy.
Bring your appetite, your favourite dish, and your favourite story. See you there! 🥂
